IV. Others1. PaymentTotal cost (freight, delivery, etc.) calculated by weight/volume/value pre-shipment. Prepayment required before arranging transport/clearance. 2. DeliveryArranged immediately upon arrival at our SA warehouse, covering major cities (e.g., Johannesburg, Cape Town). Remote areas incur extra fees (consult sales). Consignee pre-contacted to confirm receipt time. 3. Compensationa. For loss: Refund of freight + max RMB 40/kg (actual weight). Claim requires non-receipt proof, purchase invoices, payment certs. No compensation for delays from flights/customs/inspections. Valuable goods: self-insure (per insurer). Delivery = acceptance. b. Loss post-pickup by SA trucks/local logistics: Max compensation ≤ 100 USD (per their standards), no freight refund. No compensation for force majeure (e.g., natural disasters). (No compensation for partial damage/shortages.) c. No liability for: ① Infringement (we reserve claim rights); ② Info vs actual goods inconsistencies, product quality/cert issues; ③ Quantity shortages, damage (including fragile items); ④ Force majeure (war, robbery, etc.); ⑤ Seized wigs (≤10 exempt). Delivery = acceptance. d. No compensation if POD shows signed receipt. Insure valuable goods. e. No liability/compensation for CBCU detention, but we assist retrieval.
