ProcessaCustomers place orders via online mini-program, send items to our Foshan warehouse with dedicated line labels. bParcels are batched and shipped by sea to South African warehouse for temporary storage. cCustomers choose warehouse pickup or final delivery via local couriers. 3. Othersa. PaymentPrepaid, with transparent unit prices (by weight or dimensional weight). Orders sync with logistics system via mini-program and tracking website. b. DeliveryCovers all South Africa (including remote areas, no extra fees or low surcharges). Final delivery via local couriers per recipient address. c. Compensation- For customs detention/destruction or loss/damage due to our fault: refund of freight + max.
